Registering Password Reset


For all logins for staff and students for 2020, upon logging in to your Office365 account all users are prompted to register for the Password reset facility so users can reset their own passwords from home or anywhere, by confirming details then sending them a reset link for their college account to their personal (Gmail / Hotmail) email/phone

If you for any reason haven’t registered for Password reset yet (as a staff or student) you can do this using the below simple steps:


Once logged in, if you click the profile icon on the top right corner, then on the small menu click "My account"




The below page will load:




Click on "Set up Self-Service Password Reset" below



The below "don't lose access to your account!" page will load taking you through setting up your security info so if you need to reset your password this info will be used to verifiy your account:
