Resetting your Password (When you can't log in)
This article is if you can’t get logged in or have forgotten your password.
This method only works if you have already previously logged into your Microsoft account and when prompted provided your info (phone, email, questions) for this Self-Service Password reset service
The new format of Student Email address is:
If you require your password to be reset, this is now handled by the Microsoft Password Reset system, which you will have been required to complete usually the first time you login. Please follow the below steps to begin.
Type into the address bar of your internet browser: portal.office365.com (or click the link) Then hit enter on your keyboard.
Below is the standard Microsoft login page
You would then type in your new email address:
(Example email only:
The click Next
The below page will appear, click on Forgotten my password
You’ll then be taken to the Glasgow Clyde College “Get back into your account” page
